Founded in 1996 at the time of the emergence of data mining by two data enthusiasts, COMPLEX SYSTEMS result from the complementary expertise in artificial intelligence, data mining, statistics and marketing of its two co-founders.
With 20% of its business devoted to data R & D, and rich with almost 20 years of expertise datamining, COMPLEX SYSTEMS, which kept its start-up spirit, is an innovative provider of analytical customer knowledge solutions for marketing .
Hélène Ivanoff – CEO
Graduated in mathematics and statistics, Hélène discovers the world of data and marketing issues at the then Direct Marketing leader, Reader’s Digest, even before the term data mining was invented. She continued her career within the AXA insurance group on the issues of targeting and customer knowledge, before co-founding COMPLEX SYSTEMS in 1996.
Hélène is involved in the design and implementation of the development strategy of the company. His expertise is sought daily for all statistical methodologies worked out in the Bureau Department.
Patrick Canarelli – CTO
PhD in Physics, passionate by AI and robots, full of ideas, Patrick infuses its innovator spirit in COMPLEX SYSTEMS. After several years of research activity conducted in the prestigious Rice University, Texas, and various research centers of the European Commission in Italy and Spain, he participated in the creation of the COMPLEX SYSTEMS start-up.
Patrick now designs all software solutions, and oversees their development.
